Droping from ankou is 135 normal non Ulti weps(i think they should drop Ulti)

if u want to make a ulti weapon u should make it +10 first .. then when its +10 u need to use DIAMON , S.ORI , Xpo to make it ulti with out + .. if i want to + it.. u need to use S.ori and X.pro .. but i thingk K.fang cant be Ulti .. u need to donate to make it Ulti..

ive played Flyff long enought to know that much. I'M asking if its possible to make a 135 wep (not able to use diamond to ulti) go Ultimate from normal +10.
